Bleed Block Primer

Marlin Bleed Block primer is a high quality, water based, single component, plasticizer free, primer that can be sprayed, brushed, or rolled. This product is formulated with bleed resistant materials that block the bleed through of asphaltic components that will discolor topcoats.
