Acrylic Flashing Grade

Marlin Acrylic Flashing Grade is a premium 100% acrylic elastomeric sealant. This is a one component, plasticizer free, water based product designed to seal seams and fasteners that cannot be covered with a standard top coat product. This product is proven to provide a long lasting membrane that will maintain flexibility throughout the extreme temperatures typically found on roofs. 

This product is compatible with many smooth and granulated BUR membranes, most metal systems, single ply systems (primers may be needed), concrete, stucco, EIFS, masonry, exterior grade plywood, Dens-Deck, Securock, and SPF. 

Coverage around 600-700 fasteners per 2 Gallon pail or 100 lineal ft per gallon at 4" wide.
