• PREMIUM QUALITY - A high quality, plasticizer-free, single component, 100% acrylic elastomeric top coat for roofs. This product is designed to provide a long-lasting waterproof membrane roof coating that will retain flexibility even in the harshest climatic conditions.
• KEY BENEFITS - Marlin Acrylic Top Coat is designed to provide a protective waterproof membrane and is formulated for maximum UV resistance and solar reflectivity, minimize discoloration, and have the ability to provide a completely waterproof membrane for roof coatings while allowing trapped moisture to escape. A waterproof membrane is an essential component of any roof coating system, providing long-lasting protection against water infiltration.
• APPLICATION & COVERAGE - This product can be brushed, rolled(1 ¼ nap), or spray applied. Coverage rate is 3 gallons per 100sqft. Should be applied in 2 coat at 1.5 gallons per square each to achieve proper cured thickness. Allow the first coat time to dry before applying the next coat. Do not apply the product if rain is expected or if the temperature is expected to drop below 32 degrees within 24 hours of application, ideal application is when temps are above 50 degrees F.
  
• COMPATIBLE ROOF TYPES - This product is compatible with many smooth and granulated BUR membranes, most metal systems, single ply systems (primers may be needed), concrete, stucco, EIFS, masonry, exterior grade plywood, Dens-Deck, Securock, and SPF. This product is very popular as an solution to repair, protect, and extend the life of any roof with positive drainage.
